1. Our current approach
The corporate website is built as a lightweight informational experience. The current application code does not implement advertising pixels, third-party marketing trackers, behavioural profiling or a visitor analytics script.
This statement describes the corporate website source as configured today, not the independent ASR site or other external destinations linked from it.
2. Essential technical data and cookies
Our hosting, content delivery, anti-abuse and access-protection services may process technical request logs. Where preview authentication or security mechanisms are enabled, their providers may use strictly necessary cookies or similar tokens to protect sessions and manage access.
Cookies may also be set when you follow a link to an external platform, including LinkedIn, Instagram, X, GitHub or ASR. Those services control their own cookies and disclosures.
3. Preference storage and consent choices
The website includes an on-page privacy preferences panel. A small item stored in your browser's localStorage (nm_privacy_choice_v1) remembers whether you chose essential-only mode or opted to save a preferred animation level. It stores your choice and the time you made it, not your name or browsing history.
You can choose essential-only mode, enable remembered motion preferences, and reopen Privacy preferences from the footer at any time. The animation preference is functional: reduced motion turns off enhanced interface animations. You may also clear this local storage from your browser settings. Your operating system's reduced-motion setting remains respected.
The application itself does not set advertising, cross-site tracking or analytics cookies. Images in the editorial Ontario slideshow are delivered through the website's image optimization route rather than loading external image URLs directly into the visitor's browser; image providers may still receive server-side optimization requests.
4. Optional analytics and advertising
We have not enabled optional analytics or advertising-cookie categories in the current corporate site. There is therefore no active analytics or marketing consent category to enable in the present application.
If analytics, embedded media or other optional tracking is added later, we will update this notice and implement the notice and consent choices required in each applicable jurisdiction before activation.
5. Browser controls
You can inspect, block or erase cookies through your browser's privacy settings. Blocking essential access or security cookies may prevent protected preview pages or account-restricted services from operating correctly.
6. Questions
