Nature of the websiteQuantitative and model riskHypothetical and backtested informationStrategies, signals and operational decisionsMarket and financial riskRegulatory limitsContact

1. Nature of the website

Noether Meridian Inc. undertakes quantitative research, independent model review and strategy implementation work. Descriptions of possible strategies, signal outputs or quantitative services on this website are general business information, not a representation that any particular mandate, feed or managed-account service is already available.

Nothing on this website is personalised financial, investment, tax or legal advice, an investment recommendation or an invitation to buy, sell or hold a specific security.

2. Quantitative and model risk

Every quantitative model relies on assumptions, calibration methods, data selections, market conditions and implementation choices. Models can fail or behave materially differently during regime shifts, stress events, illiquid periods and circumstances outside the training or evaluation sample.

Validation is intended to challenge claims and limits; it cannot eliminate model uncertainty or guarantee financial outcomes.

3. Hypothetical and backtested information

Backtested, simulated, hypothetical and paper-trading results do not represent live client investment returns. They may fail to capture transaction costs, slippage, market impact, timing errors, operational interruptions, data revisions, survivorship bias, hindsight or look-ahead bias, liquidity constraints and changes in market structure.

An apparent historical relationship or statistically significant result can disappear or reverse. Past performance, whether actual or hypothetical, does not predict future results.

4. Strategies, signals and operational decisions

A research signal is not an executable instruction. The availability, timestamps, update frequency, version, evidence, failure cases, risk limits and permitted uses of any signal or strategy must be defined in a separate agreement and related technical documentation.

No client should infer that a publication, indicative research note, demonstration, QForge replay or other model output has been independently approved for live execution simply because it appears on the website.

5. Market and financial risk

Financial markets involve the possibility of substantial loss, including loss of invested capital. Strategies may be exposed to leverage, derivative convexity, counterparty, funding, interest-rate, basis, liquidity, concentration, data and operational risks.

Fixed-income and interest-rate derivatives may be particularly sensitive to yield-curve shifts, volatility assumptions and collateral or margin changes. The risks applicable to a specific instrument or portfolio must be evaluated independently.

6. Regulatory limits

No representation is made on this site that Noether Meridian Inc. holds any specific securities registration, dealer authorisation, investment-adviser permission or discretionary-management authorisation unless that status is explicitly stated in verified corporate disclosures.

Applicable registration, exemption and licensing requirements must be assessed before any activity that falls within regulated financial advice, trading, portfolio management or distribution. A disclaimer does not by itself remove such obligations.

7. Contact

For questions about research scope, validation evidence or permitted use of a deliverable, contact contact@noethermeridian.com before acting on any financial-market output.

Website information and separate contracts.

The corporate website does not itself create a client relationship or grant any licence to research signals or trading systems. Any contracted services and delivery permissions require their own written documents.
